Once the reservation request has been made, as published on the website and explicitly accepted during the purchase process, including the last one in which the acceptance of the cancellation policy is marked, it will not be possible to change the name, date, time or cancel the tickets for the Alhambra in Granada, so you are not entitled to any refund.
