Is the Ticket to the Alhambra Palace included?

Yes, the entrance ticket to visit the Alhambra is included in all our products (except for the purchase of the audio guide only).

Are the Tickets to the Alhambra and Nasrid Palace included if I make a reservation that includes a GUIDED VISIT?

If you make a reservation request that includes a guided tour, you will not receive your tickets via email. Once your reservation is confirmed, you must go to the meeting point indicated in the confirmation email on the day and time of your guided tour (arrive 15 minutes before the tour starts). There, you will receive your tickets from our staff and can begin the visit with your guide.

Are the Tickets to the Alhambra included if I make a reservation that includes an AUDIO GUIDE?

If you make a reservation request with an audio guide, you should follow the instructions in the confirmation email to download or pick it up.

What documentation do I need for access to the Alhambra in Granada?

It is essential to bring your original ID card (DNI) or passport.

Can I bring the tickets to the Alhambra Granada in digital format?

Yes, no problem. They can be provided in any digital format as long as the QR code is legible

Do children need tickets to access the Alhambra of Granada and its palaces?

Everyone needs tickets for access to the Alhambra regardless of age. Without a ticket you will not be able to access the monument.

Can I change or cancel my tickets to the Alhambra?

Once the reservation request has been made, as published on the website and explicitly accepted during the purchase process, including the last one in which the acceptance of the cancellation policy is marked, it will not be possible to change the name, date, time or cancel the tickets for the Alhambra in Granada, so you are not entitled to any refund. There are no possible exceptions or reasons (COVID, illness, work reasons, trip cancellation, etc ...), as published in the public regulations of the monument, (Resolution of January 16, 2020 of the Board of Trustees of the Alhambra and Generalife, by which it is agreed to publish the Rules of Visit, Marketing and Other Public Use of the Monumental Site of the Alhambra and Generalife and its attached assets). It states that "Tickets purchased are non-refundable, except in the following cases":

- If the visit could not be made due to a fault on the part of the PAG (Alhambra and Generalife Board of Trustees).
- If any of the circumstances mentioned in Article 35 of Decree 40/2017, of March 7, regulating the organization and functioning of the General Treasury of the Junta de Andalucía and tax collection management, apply.
In the event that a service purchased cannot be provided due to the monument's closure, you will be entitled to a full refund, which will be processed via the same method used for the ticket payment.

Can I use the right of withdrawal?

No, as outlined in Law 3/2014, of March 27, which amends the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16. As stated in Article 103, relating to exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
l) The provision of services related to leisure activities if the contracts specify a specific date or period for execution.

Can I eat inside the Alhambra Palace?

Eating is not allowed inside. There are specific areas within the site designated for eating, resting, or using the restroom.

Is there a left-luggage service in the Alhambra and the Nasrid Palaces?

Yes. Lockers are located in front of the Carlos V Palace and are free with the Alhambra ticket.

Is the visit to the Alhambra and Generalife cancelled in case of rain?

No, the visit takes place in any weather conditions.

What happens if the Alhambra complex is closed to the public?

On exceptional occasions, the monument may notify us with very little notice about its closure. In this case, we can rebook you for another day or refund 100% of your money. Monument closures are rare.
