Everyone needs tickets for access regardless of their age. Without a ticket, you will not be allowed entry to the monument.

Once the reservation request is made, as stated on the website and explicitly accepted during the purchasing process, including the final step where you mark the acceptance of the cancellation policy, neither the name, date, nor time can be changed, nor the tickets can be canceled, so you are not entitled to any refund.
